it's not that i'm lazy. It's that i have only a passing interest in this whole 'blog thing'. I may sit down and write more someday, but for the moment, i dont even feel like figuring out how to change my links. It's handy because it lets me make pestering comments on other people's pages, but i think my blog posts will remain few and far between.

i've been thinking of writing out an essay on how the suburban expansion is influenced by racist and selfish motives (especially here!), because i've really been meaning to submit something to my controversy-lovin friends at the local newspaper, but at the moment i live in dunlap. and i'm surrounded by people with this 'white flight' mentality, and i'm afraid it would just come out as hateful rants instead of thought out, constructive criticism. And i DO live in dunlap, so i'm kind of a hypocrite.. but i excuse myself because i want out of dunlap. really badly.
